Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days. Click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from SASSAFRAS, you can request for a return or size exchange of the product(s) within 15 Days of Delivery.
- To return an order, click on View Order on your Account page and hit the Return/Exhange button.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Once the parcel is received back at our facility and approved for quality by our team, we will process the refund or exchange in 24 hours. The refund amount usually takes 2-5 banking days to reflect in your account but in some case it may take upto 10 banking days.
- You can cancel your order item(s) from your Account page before they have been shipped from our facility. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account in a maximum of 10 banking days.
Our team would reach out to you to share your bank details if the order was placed using COD. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account in a maximum of 10 banking days.
We take anywhere between 3-10 banking days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
- 1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
- 2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Drop a mail email@example.com for further assistance.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders of INR 1000 & above. For orders below Rs. 1000, we charge a flat shipping & handling fees of INR 99.
