We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ExchangesYou can exchange the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The exchanged product will reach you within 5-7 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product.


RefundsWe have a no question asked refund/return policy. You can make the request within 15 days of receiving the product. Post 15 days period, in the next 15 days, it is a request of approval with a valid reason. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. In case we receive any used/soiled/torn/unclean/wrong product in return, refund would become subject to decline. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 7-10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
