Bad customer service

It's been more than 4 days. No pickup done. This is 2nd time u have approved and pickup didn't take place. It's been 15 days. SINCE SENDING U NUMEROUS EMAILS. Pls schedule the pick up ASAP. If I don't get a response or parcel is not picked up by tomorrow. Will have to see what is my other options available. When u build a brand make sure that u fulfill ur promises and return and exchange policies. Pls give me a contact number to raise my request.
