I ordered the Women Black Rib Drawstring Pants and was extremely disappointed. The size didn’t fit me at all, and your return and exchange policy is terrible. This was honestly the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but the call never connects. I even emailed for help, but no one responded. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the service and won’t be shopping here again.
